In a private residence in South Yarra (Shannon Bennett & Madeleine West’s to be exact!) an exclusive group of media and marketing executives and industry figures gathered for a Christmas smorgasbord courtesy of Stella Artois. The ‘Christmas Sensorium’ as it was known, was a three course lunch on a 39C Melbourne day put together by none other than celebrity chef Guillaume Brahini.
